I have been an Athletic Therapist for over 15 years and in that time I have worked with Athletes of all ages and levels of competition. I also enjoy working with the general population, and helping to keep them healthy and active. My passion in the clinic is soft tissue work, as well as well as the pelvis and how it connects the whole body. I love to continue learning and growing my skills as a therapist, and I happily pursue continuing education courses to further this goal.

I also love to work in the field, and can often be found on the sidelines of a football or rugby game. I have worked with Rugby Canada for the last 10 years and was head therapist for the Women's 15's at the last Women's Rugby World Cup in Dublin. I have also work with Ernest Manning High School for the last 3 years. I am the medical coordinator for many Calgary Rugby clubs as well as Rugby Alberta.

Kelsey believes that leading a healthy lifestyle includes regularly taking care of your body with various manual therapies. Kelsey Graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, and she went on to working as a kinesiologist in a physiotherapy clinic and personal trainer for several years. Kelsey enjoys working with people to rehabilitate their body to recover from injuries, get back to sport and to live pain free. To do this she wanted to be able to provide more hands on techniques to compliment the exercises. Kelsey has since graduated from the Alberta college of Massage therapy as registered 2200 hour massage therapist, and has joined Fortius Rehabilitation Systems to offer her years of knowledge and massage skills to complement and work with the existing therapists and clinicians, to provide comprehensive services to clients.

Whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension, work on an injury, or attain relief from chronic pain, Kelsey can tailor a massage to your specific needs.
