Ready to take your rehab to another level?  Try adding Pilates to your existing rehab sessions. Pilates allows us to incorporate full range of motion on joints with very little strain and load. Pilates can be tailored to suit any injury or capability in a safe manner. Try a single session or sign up for repeating sessions. You won’t be disappointed you did. 

Athletic Therapy isn't just for athletes! We look at the whole body and assess what parts of your movement are contributing to your pain.  You don't have to be 'injured' to benefit from athletic therapy.  Our patients range from 8 year old soccer players to 80 year old lawn bowlers.  Whatever your sport or activity we can get you back to it as soon as possible!

Our massage therapists specialize in deep tissue treatments.  They work closely with our other therapists as an integrated part of our rehabilitation team.  Massage therapy is an excellent modality to relieve stress and manage the aches and pains of everyday life
